Because each crystal is unique and carefully chosen, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, so please be sure you feel confident in your selection before purchasing.

Crystals are natural creations of the earth—minor pits, fissures, or surface variations are part of their beauty and individuality, not defects. We make every effort to provide clear photos and detailed descriptions of each piece, and videos are available upon request if you’d like a closer look before purchasing.

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to make it right—either through the carrier’s insurance process or another suitable solution.  

 All packages are sent using tracked and insured shipping to protect both you and us. Once your order is dropped off with the carrier, it’s officially on its journey to you! Please ensure that your shipping information is complete and accurate, including any apartment, suite, or lot numbers.
We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. In the rare event that a package is lost in transit, we’ll do our best to assist you with the carrier’s insurance claim process.
